is a cement-based polymer modified adhesive powder to which water is
added before application. It is composed of selected binders, graded fillers
and other additives and polymers, which provide this general-purpose tile
adhesive with improved work-ability and good heat and water resistance properties.

Usage:
High-quality adhesive for permanent fixing of ceramic floor and wall tiles for
exterior and interior applications. It can also be used for fixing stone cladding.

ADVANTAGES
• Easy to use, only water to be mixed.
• Increases the efficiency and productivity of tile fixing. • Better bonding strength.
• Can be applied on existing tiles.

SAB® GP Adhesive 217 powder and mix until a uniform, lump free consistency
is achieved. Leave the mix to stand for 5 minutes, and then stir it before use.
For mixing a slow speed hand held electric drill with a suitable paddle can be used.

FINISHING
Remove excess adhesives with a damp cloth before material is set.
Joint Grouting with SAB® GP Adhesive 217 should be carried out after 24 hours.

COVERAGE
Approximately 5.5 m2 per 20 Kg Bag with water mix ratio of 4.5-5.5 liters per bag.
Note: This coverage is theoretical and depends upon the surface profile and condition
of the substrate and the wastage.
